A cornerstone dedication ceremony is scheduled for Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University at 11:45 AM on April 12. The $7 million facility, to be open for fall 2013 classes, will be located just south of the main campus entrance on Washington Street.
The 21,000-square-foot building will include classrooms, faculty offices and a multipurpose gathering place for students to study and have fellowship.
The Seminary, which is the first in The Wesleyan Church, began offering classes in 2009 and enrolls about 275 students. The Seminary has been housed in Noggle Christian Ministries Center on the Marion campus.
