IWU-National & Global and The Rescue Mission™ announced a corporate partnership to expand educational opportunities to program residents, employees

Coley, Sr., CEO of The Rescue Mission, have announced an agreement in which IWU agrees to offer a discounted tuition rate for all IWU-National & Global associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs as well as on-site IWU academic programs at the new facility when it is completed.

According to the agreement, IWU-National & Global will offer a 20-percent tuition discount to The Rescue Mission™ residents and a 10-percent tuition discount to employees and associates for all IWU-National & Global associate, bachelor and master’s degree programs, excluding programs within the School of Health Sciences (except the Master of Public Health program), nurse practitioner programs and doctoral, residential and graduate counseling programs.

The new facility, located at the southeast corner of Lafayette Street and Washington Blvd. in Fort Wayne, will allow the ministry to serve three times the number of individuals it is currently serving. The new four-story building, which will be built where a former warehouse and sports bar and grille once stood, will also include a second-floor terrace, parking lot, gathering and meeting areas and a media center.
